A woman got the shock of her life when she received a baby named Sanitizer Munyaradzi when she had placed an order for a hand sanitizer.
28-year old Marilize De Kock revealed that she had finally decided to place an order after she realized that stores that were overcharging would face prosecution.
De Kock had decided not to join a list of other South Africans who were panic buying, but she felt the urge to keep her surroundings clean and thus made the purchase. She would then receive what doctors confirmed to be a 3-week old baby.
She shared the picture of the baby online and the baby's father recognized her. He went to his baby mama's place and found that she was alone. He quickly alerted cops who then went to De Kock's home.
"Bengithukire kakhuru. Ngizomuburara remama ye ngani yami," said the baby's father in an interview with Rom Newz.
