A brave Samaritan saved a crocodile from drowning after it lost consciousness while it was swimming in deep waters.
Adolph Milnerton, the Polokwane-born scuba diver, was out on a weekend family outing in Limpopo River when they spotted a struggle crocodile. The swift swimmer couldn't let the poor animal drown only because he was susceptible to being its next meal.
The 29-year old, quickly came to the crocs' help after he realized the predicament it had landed itself in.
"I couldn't let Lacoste die when I knew I could do something. My family has been wearing clothes made by his father for decades, and I felt the urge to help where I could," said Milnerton.
The SPCC was called to the scene, and Lacoste The Crocodile was rushed to Limpopo Hospital, where he is recovering.
