A doctor from an undisclosed Durban hospital got the shock of his life when he found out that he ate what he thought was biltong. The South African-based German, Dr. Louis Müller had his first taste of dried meat or biltong as it popularly known 3 months ago when he first arrived in South Africa.

He had tasted it a welcome function organized by one of his friends who wanted to introduce him to South African cuisine and Dr. Müller loved the taste. He said he's only had biltong 3 times since his arrival and he wanted more of it. It was on the 8th of November when he was on the graveyard shift, "I was a bit hungry and the lights went out. The generator failed to kick in, so I just took my phone as I knew it had a torch and I was headed for the cafeteria. My battery died before I could get there, long story short... I ended up in the circumcision room."

Dr. Müller then realized where he was after the generator shortly kicked in after he'd just at 5 foreskin pieces belonging to Jabu, Menzi, Sfiso, Sbusiso, and Mazwi.
