In a move seen as petty by masses, the South African president, Cyril Ramathrower, announced the bill just 2 months shy from December. He said this was a strategy devised by him in conjunction with the Department of Transport, Arrive When You Like and Drive Wet initiative. "My wish is to see an alcohol and road-accident free South Africa," said the president.
